高铁/轻轨FCT
系统采用PC+PXI架构，工控机和PXI机箱通过远程MXI线缆连接，传输速率稳定、快速； PXI机箱安装模拟量板卡，提供产品测试所需的恒流源；频率计数器卡，采集CPU、FPGA的晶振等高频信号； 伺服模组+工业相机，构成LED性能需求测试。工业相机安装在伺服模组上，伺服模组根据单板产品LED位置，移动相机至需求位置完成LED性能的测试；
