The V25 series test universal interface platform is a 25-module universal test connection scheme introduced by Tengfang Zhongke for large test equipment.

1. What problems can the product solve?

1) Solve the problem of signal combing
Large-scale measurement and control systems often have complex signal types and many signal channels. If they are not combed, the crosstalk between signals will affect the test effect, and once a failure occurs, the later maintenance is also very troublesome.
The V25 series can sort out up to 4800 signal points. Organize the signals into the appropriate modules by type. Moreover, there are digital labels on the modules, which are convenient for one-to-one correspondence search and very convenient for later maintenance.

2) Solve multi-species, small batch testing, reduce testing costs
For aerospace, national defense, military industry, energy transportation, automotive electronics and other industries, the value of some units under test is often very high, and there are not too many single batches. When it is necessary to replace the type of the tested object, the test plan must be adjusted accordingly, such as directly adjusting the interface of the test instrument. Multiple plugging and unplugging will have a great impact on the life of the test instrument and the accuracy of the test. If you prepare a few more sets of test instruments, the cost is self-evident!
Then the V25 universal interface platform can integrate the signal channels of all test equipment into the receiver, and match different adapters for different units under test to realize the switching of test schemes. 1) Highly integrated: small footprint, cleaner cabinet
Occupying cabinet height: 6U ~ 7U, cables are arranged in the cabinet, and signal contacts are uniformly arranged on the panel with numbers, so that the cabinet can be seen neatly and the signal arrangement can be seen at a glance.

2) High adaptability: applicable to most standard cabinets
Regardless of the installation form, the mounting holes of the product are designed according to the standard cabinet. Can be installed directly in the cabinet slot, without modification can be installed.

3) Various installation forms: direct installation, hinge installation and slide rail installation
Direct installation form:Occupies the cabinet height 6U, can carry 80KG.

Hinge installation form:Occupies the cabinet height 6U, can carry 80KG. Through the two knobs, the panel can be opened 90 ° vertically to facilitate the maintenance of the cable (if this type of installation is used first, please be sure to refer to the instructions and customize the cable according to the specified cable length and bending radius)

Installation form of slide rail: The height of the cabinet is 7U, and the maximum load capacity is 37KG due to the limited vertical force of the slide rail. Slide rail installation can be used to pull out the test instrument under the condition that the cable is not stressed, which is convenient for maintenance. (If this type of installation is selected, please be sure to confirm the depth of the cabinet to avoid the slide rail being too long to use)

4) standard ITA framework: can be adapted to different fixture box connector module
The ITA frame, also called an adapter, can be matched with different boxes according to actual needs, and the connector module can be installed on the box according to the needs. As shown in the video, our F3 and F1 handheld connectors are installed on the box. The box can be opened to facilitate the secondary maintenance of the cable.

5) A wide range of signal types: support ordinary, radio frequency, power supply, pneumatic, thermocouple, optical fiber, etc.
As a universal interface platform, V25 can support common, RF, power, pneumatic, thermocouple, optical fiber and other signals. It adopts a modular fixed form and is equipped with a single signal module and a mixed signal module, which provides more possibilities for test solutions.
