The last issue introduced our F1 series of handheld connectors, which can support up to 160 signal transmissions and support single or mixed transmission of ordinary signals, coaxial, optical fiber, pneumatic and high-power signals. It is one of the smallest high-density connectors per unit area.

The series brought by this issue is its upgraded F2 series. On the basis of F1, the lateral size of this series is relatively smaller, but the signal points are increased and the combination of signals is more diverse. If the mass interconnection common platform is too expensive or too many points for you, F2 is actually the best alternative.

1. Product structure

On the frame, whether it is an adapter (ITA) or a receiver (ICA), we use stainless steel to ensure hardness and longevity. Like F1, it continues to adopt a modular structure, but two F-series modules can be installed in the F2 frame, which can be matched at will. Compared with F1 and F2, the locking mechanism has been moved from both ends to the middle, matching the guide pins at both ends to make the connection more reliable. This end of the receiver can still be used with the stress plate (optional). The use of stress plate can effectively organize the cable and eliminate cable stress, in the case of sufficient space, it is recommended that you choose the stress plate

Because the number of signal points of the F2 series has increased to a maximum of 320 points, there are more harnesses, and the original cable clamp may not be able to meet the demand of full PIN. Therefore, in view of this situation, Tengfang Zhongke provides two solutions.

3. Product features

1) The transverse dimension is relatively smaller

In order to save space to the maximum extent, in the horizontal position, F2 is narrower than F1. On the 4U panel, up to 8 can be installed side by side.

3) Self-contained anti-stunned device

Both ITA and ICA of the product are provided with installation holes for error-proof components. Error-proof components can be selected according to requirements to prevent pin damage or even test equipment damage caused by wrong insertion.

4) Multi-type signal transmission, up to 100 combinations

The product can be matched with two F-series modules. According to the type of F-series module, 100 combination types can be matched.

4. Product performance

1) Guaranteeing insertion and extraction life 10000 times

The company has a perfect testing system to ensure the quality of products, in which the company is equipped with multiple plug-in force life testing equipment to ensure that each batch of pinholes are plugged more than 20000 times.

In addition, for the plugging life of the whole set of connectors, we simulate manual plugging and developed a fully automatic life testing device to ensure that the overall plugging life of the product is not less than 10000 times.

2）Temperature resistance -55 ℃ ~ 105 ℃

In view of the heating inside the test equipment and the high and low temperature of the environment, we simulate the limit value of the ambient temperature and humidity to test the transmission performance of the product to ensure that the product can be used normally under the condition of -55~105°C.
